The WA State Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is hosting a free pubic seminar by Dr. Kristoffer Rhoads, the primary neuropsychologist for the UW Memory and Brain Wellness Center and an Associate Professor in the UW Dept. of Neurology. Dr. Rhoads specializes in the evaluation and treatment of dementia and neurodegenerative disorders.
Dr. Rhoads will address the differences between Alzheimer's and related dementias, risk factors, steps to diagnosis, treatment and future directions in dementia research.
