Magnuson Park P-Patch Community Garden Stroll
About this event
Seattle is known for its Community Gardens. Let's explore some of them! This gentle walk will allow us to wander at our own pace and enjoy the serenity and beauty of so many wonderful gardens. Host Anne G. will begin the stroll starting at 10:30 for anyone who chooses to join. Meet in parking lot O.
From the Website: "The Magnuson Park P-Patch is located within the Magnuson Community Garden, a four-acre site built by neighborhood volunteers at Warren G. Magnuson Park. With its amphitheater, children's garden, tranquil garden, native plant demonstration area, native plant nursery, and orchard, it is a destination spot for the whole city. Visitors can meander the pathways, stop to talk to gardeners, take pictures, and watch the ducks that have taken up residence in the storm-water swale."
Registration is not required, but if you're planning to come, please let our stroll host know you're coming by checking the Register Now button on this page. Contact Social@NorthwestNeighborsNetwork.org with questions.
