Join the NNN  movie club where a movie will be chosen, and you have a month to watch it before we meet online. We join by Zoom to discuss what we did or didn’t like about the movie. Were the characters believable? Was the storyline easy to follow? What was the best/worst part of the movie? Did it make you laugh, cry, fall asleep?

The January movie is The Blind Side, with Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. Based on a true story, it involves a homeless black teenager taken in by a white southern family. Just in time for Superbowl, it is a feel-good story about football and the power of a family. It is currently streaming on Amazon, Fandango, and Apple Play. Some services may charge a fee to rent. As a reminder, you might also be able to download it to your TV through your local library using Hoopla or Kanopy. They might also have the DVD available.
