Join Northwest Neighbors Network and the Edmonds Waterfront Center for an afternoon with the UW School of Nursing students, under the direction of Dr. Robin Fleming, for a dialogue about how social isolation impacts our health & well being. The first 30 minutes of the session will focus on how to recognize signs of social isolation and offer some ideas and resources that can help you expand your options. The second 30 minutes will invite participants to share their experiences and ask questions. The entire session will be offered over Zoom, with limited in person attendance at the EWC for the first 10 registrants. This event is open to the public. All in person attendees must show proof of vaccination and wear appropriate masks throughout the in person session. NNN members can request transportation to the event. The Zoom link will be shared a few days prior to the event for those who've registered to attend either in person or through Zoom.
