Monday walks, Lake Forest Park's Horizon View Park. Good parking. Level path that makes a little under a mile circuit. If you come late, the group will be easy to find! Not crowded. Quiet. Some can come for one round, others can do more. When it is not cloudy, good mountain views.

NNN Member Gini M. shared this free event with us and asked that we let other NNN members know about this opportunity to attend Voices Northwest, a Sweet Adelines A Capella Barbershop Chorus rehearsal. Her group is holding a short concert on Monday, May 1st at 7:30 p.m. at North Creek Presbyterian Church, 621 164th Street SE, Mill Creek WA 98012. The group will include 2 of their regional contest songs during this rehearsal. To "Sweeten" the evening, there will be homemade cookies available! The group will also be accepting non-perishable food items to help support the local food pantry. Volunteer Marty B. and her friend Sylvia P. will set up art tables under the skylights on the upper floor of the Commons, across from Third Place Books, every Tuesday from 10:30 - 3:30 for like-minded (or just curious) people to gather and share time together. Bring any art or craft project you want to work on in a fun supportive setting with other creators. All skill levels are encouraged to come out and share time and inspiration with others. Stay for the entire time or come as your schedule allows. Think you may get hungry or thirsty? The Commons has 3 food venters on site and other food options nearby. You can bring your own snack and beverage, too. Parking is plentiful. The Commons is fully accessible to all.

Want to nourish your soul and your stomach? Join other NNN members and volunteers as we meet for lunch and conversation! Lunch locations will vary based on member and volunteer input. No reservations needed. Everyone pays for their own meals and beverages. Lunches are open to the public.

Have questions? Please contact the lunch host. If transportation is needed, we encourage you to submit a request to services@northwestneighborsnetwork a few days in advance.
